When your $999 deposit is sent to us, you agree to the terms, if you cancel your concierge plan, you are responsible for paying Egghead Marketers $2,500 as a termination fee for the website design, cost of setting up the server, and hosting. If not paid, Egghead Marketers reserves the right to ownership over the website, until the $2500 termination fee is paid. Once termination is provided, for every month payment is not given a 5% interest is added per month to the $3000 fee, compounded monthly.
